  • When and where is the wedding?
    Our wedding is on the 1st of November, 2025, but we’re celebrating the whole weekend! Join us from the 31st of October 31 to the 2nd of November at Pat Busch Mountain Reserve, near Robertson.
  • What is the dress code?
    The dress code is smart casual. See our "How to Dress" guide above.
  • What time should I arrive?
    We’d love for you to join us on Friday afternoon, but if not, please arrive by 2:30 PM on Saturday to allow time to get to the ceremony site in the poplar forest. Direction signs will be provided.
  • Can I bring a plus one?
    Plus ones are limited. Please check your WhatsApp invite to see if you have one.
  • Are kids allowed?
    No kids allowed, unfortunately.
  • Are there accommodation options nearby?
    Yes! See the "Accommodation" section for details.
  • Is there parking at the venue?
    Yes, there is ample parking at the venue.
  • What is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Cape Town International Airport.
  • Where is the onsite accommodation located?
    If you’ve been assigned to onsite accommodation, it’s located right on the wedding grounds, just a short walk from the main venue. We’ll share detailed directions and a map with you ahead of time to make arrival easy.
  • What are the check-in procedures and times?
    Check-in opens at 14:00 on Friday, 31 October, the day before the wedding. When you arrive, please head to the reception area to collect your keys. If you're arriving later than expected, kindly let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.
  • What amenities can I expect during my stay?
    Your space is set up for a comfortable and relaxing stay - a weekend getaway. You can expect cozy bedding, a private or shared bathroom (depending on your assigned room), and some welcome refreshments. We’ll also send you a detailed welcome pack before the weekend with all the information you need for your stay.
  • Will there be food and drinks?
    Yes! We’ll have various food and drink options. Let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • What should we give as a wedding gift?
    Your presence on our special day is the greatest gift we could ask for! But if you’re wondering about a present, we’d be so grateful for a contribution toward our future together. We’re currently saving for our first home, and we're kindly asking for money as a wedding gift. Thank you so much for your love and support, it truly means the world to us!
  • Can I use my phone during the ceremony?
    Please keep phones away, especially if you're seated near the aisle.
  • When is the RSVP deadline?
    The RSVP deadline is the 1st of June.
  • What if I have dietary restrictions?
    Please send us a message so we can accommodate your needs, however, there is a section in the RSVP form where you can indicate this.
  • Can I request a song for the reception?
    Yes! Submit your request via the "Song Request" section in the RSVP form or on the wedding day.
  • What if I can't make it to the wedding?
    We’ll miss you! If you’re unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements with our vendors. Thank you!
